I’m Sean Caldwell, a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source. My mission is simple: to help people design lives they’re proud of and leave a lasting legacy through their work and choices.
Before coaching, I spent 3 decades in Information Technology leading database, application development, and operations teams. My work supported businesses across multiple industries, including consulting, aerospace and defense, government, and finance, giving me a broad view of how organizations function and how people find purpose within them.
Outside of work, Scouting has been a huge part of my life. I spent more than 20 years with the Boy Scouts of America, guiding my sons from Cub Scouts through Boy Scouts and into Sea Scouts. My oldest earned his Eagle rank, and my youngest reached Life Scout. Along the way, I served as an Assistant Scoutmaster, Unit Commissioner, District Round Table Commissioner, District Committee Chair, and as a leader in Woodbadge and Powder Horn adult training for nearly a decade. Those years taught me as much about leadership and community as any classroom ever could.
I live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with my wife and best friend, Beth. We have three great kids—Amanda, Colin, and Michael. When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me camping, stargazing, cycling, or catching the latest Formula One race.
